About the Role
We are looking for passionate Graphic Designers who excel in visual storytelling and have a strong command of design fundamentals and digital media tools. At Cognizant, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling designs across digital platforms, motion graphics, and e-learning content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop icons, infographics, illustrations, character designs, and content visualizations aligned with client needs
- Create engaging motion graphics and video presentations
- Apply design principles, typography, and color theory to deliver visually compelling content
- Adapt and optimize designs across different media formats, including social media
- Collaborate with teams to present design concepts effectively
- Stay current with industry trends and online creative communities
- Work with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, as well as MS PowerPoint and Word
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong grasp of visual design principles and digital media applications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and related tools
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Analytical and creative problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Adaptability to work with Gen AI tools
- Additional skills in game design, animation, video/audio editing, 3D, or Virtual Reality (VR) are a plus
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from 2024 and 2025 batches with a four-year degree in Design-related disciplines: BFA, MFA, B.Des, M.Des, BVA, MVA, Viscom, Mass Communication, or MA/MSc in Computer Graphics, Multimedia, or Animation
- Consistent academic record with minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma, UG, and PG (no rounding off allowed)
- No standing arrears at the time of application or joining
- Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location and in assigned shift timings

- For interview: Academic documents (X, XII, Diploma, UG, PG marksheets), portfolio
- For onboarding: PAN card, Passport or Voter ID card
