Job Description

As a Business Analyst at Greenway Health, you will work closely with multiple business units to ensure analytics deliverables align with business needs. The role combines dashboard development, AI-powered insights, and process automation, with a strong focus on healthcare financial workflows.

You will analyze large datasets, identify inefficiencies, and help automate processes to support better operational and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Initiate, plan, and design business processes
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Support automation of business workflows

Analytics & Dashboarding

• Build and maintain dashboards using AWS QuickSight
• Enable data-driven decision-making across teams
• Utilize BI tools to identify and resolve business issues

AI & Advanced Insights

• Leverage Amazon Q AI for automated insight generation
• Perform root cause analysis and predictive modeling
• Support analytics related to cash flow and denial management

Testing & Collaboration

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions
• Assist with reports, analysis, and special projects
• Collaborate with IT and agile teams during deployments

Data Integrity & Support

• Analyze large datasets to ensure system accuracy
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives as required

Eligibility Criteria

Required Skills

• Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with AWS QuickSight or Amazon Q AI
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered analytics or BI tools (DOMO or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in agile teams

Good to Have Skills

• Basic programming knowledge (SQL preferred)
