Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will examine, interpret, and visualize data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and customer behavior. You will support commercial and digital teams with regular reporting and insights that enable data-driven business decisions.

You will collaborate closely with architects, system teams, and external partners to ensure scalable, governed, and future-ready data strategies aligned with enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Extract data from databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and web analytics tools.
• Analyze time-series and device-generated data to identify trends and patterns.
• Provide regular reporting on key metrics and TTIs to support decision-making.

Digital Strategy & Innovation

• Collaborate with commercial teams to identify new data-driven value propositions.
• Support digital initiatives using AI, IoT, and advanced analytics beyond traditional product offerings.

Business Understanding

• Develop a deep understanding of business domains, customer pain points, and industry trends.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful analytics outputs.

Collaboration & Governance

• Work closely with Solution, System, and Platform Architects to ensure consistent and scalable data strategies.
• Define and enforce data governance standards aligned with enterprise architecture.

Digital Ecosystems

• Identify opportunities to integrate with external partner ecosystems such as AWS IoT and similar platforms.
• Support expansion of digital solutions and data-enabled services.

Required Skills & Background

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data analysis or related fields.
• Experience working with time-series or device-generated data.
• Experience managing requirements using relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of best practices in analytics systems and data platforms.
• Experience working with tool vendors and external partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience in large organizations or manufacturing environments is preferred.
