Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Analysis

• Gather data from primary and secondary sources
• Maintain and manage databases and data systems
• Clean, validate, and analyse large datasets for accuracy

Reporting & Visualization

• Develop dashboards, charts, and visual reports
• Interpret trends and patterns from complex datasets
• Present insights through reports and visual presentations

Business Collaboration

• Work with management to align data priorities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support different business units with tailored data analysis

Quality & Process Improvement

• Detect and correct data or coding errors
• Apply statistical techniques to generate actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports

Eligibility Criteria

• Hands-on experience with MS Excel
