Job Description

As an Associate Technical Services Engineer at HealthEdge, you will provide first-line product and technical support to customers. The role involves diagnosing issues, troubleshooting applications, managing support tickets, and ensuring timely resolution within SLA guidelines.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver reliable solutions, while continuously learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.


Key Responsibilities

Technical & Product Support

  • Diagnose and resolve customer-reported product and technical issues
  • Research solutions and close tickets within SLA timelines
  • Provide workarounds and best practices to customers

Issue Management & Escalation

  • Triage and prioritize incoming customer issues
  • Escalate complex problems with clear documentation
  • Maintain transparent communication throughout the resolution lifecycle

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation
  • Develop reusable scripts and troubleshooting guides
  • Identify gaps in documentation and update missing content

Collaboration & Availability

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes
  • Support overlap with US teams through early morning or evening shifts (India time)
  • Participate in team learning sessions and feedback activities
