As a Process Delivery Specialist in Talent Development Optimization, you will manage end-to-end learning administration processes through the Learning Management System (LMS). This includes course creation, learner registration, curriculum updates, and employee query resolution.
You will act as a point of contact for employee learning-related queries and ensure smooth HR service delivery aligned with company policies and compliance standards.
Graduates or postgraduates (MBA HR preferred) with 0–1 year of experience in HR operations, learning administration, or CRM can apply.
Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory for freshers with relevant academic background.
It includes course creation, learner registration, curriculum management, and responding to employee learning queries.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts during training or knowledge transfer, may be required.
