Role Overview – HR Practitioner (Learning)

As a Process Delivery Specialist in Talent Development Optimization, you will manage end-to-end learning administration processes through the Learning Management System (LMS). This includes course creation, learner registration, curriculum updates, and employee query resolution.

You will act as a point of contact for employee learning-related queries and ensure smooth HR service delivery aligned with company policies and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end learning administration through LMS
  • Create, modify, cancel courses and curriculum assignments
  • Register and update learners in training programs
  • Respond to employee queries related to learning and password resets
  • Handle work queue dispatching efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvements
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
