About the Program
The ICICI Bank Aspire Program is designed to nurture young professionals with Seva Bhav – values of humility, adaptability, and continuous learning. Focused on relationship management, the program emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and delivering innovative banking solutions to customers.
The program includes extensive residential training followed by nationwide placements in Relationship Manager (Sales) roles. As a Relationship Manager (RM), you’ll be responsible for client interactions, sales, and managing customer relationships. This role will also involve travel within the assigned location.
Eligibility
- Education: Graduation/Engineering in any stream (Post-Graduate/MBA freshers may also apply)
- Marks: Minimum 60% in 10th & Graduation
- Age: Below 25 years (as of application date)
- Experience: Less than 1 year
- Mobility: Must be locationally mobile and open to sales roles
Program Structure
- Duration: 2 Months Classroom Training
- Training: Comprehensive residential training conducted by ICICI Bank
- Placement: Nationwide locations based on Bank requirements
Remuneration
- Stipend During Training: ₹18,000/month
- Starting Salary (CTC): ₹4.50 – ₹5.00 LPA* (*based on location)
Selection Process
Step 1: Online Aptitude Test
- Sections: Verbal, Quantitative, Logical Ability, General Awareness & Video-based questions
Step 2: Face-to-Face Interview
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview (details shared via registered email ID).
