Edumerge Solutions is hiring Implementation Engineer Interns for its Bengaluru (HSR Layout) office. This is a paid internship designed as a launchpad for engineering graduates who want to build careers in SaaS implementation, product onboarding, and customer success within the EdTech ecosystem.

Interns will work closely with the Enablement and Customer Experience teams, gain hands-on exposure to live implementations, and transition into full-time roles based on performance.

Role Overview – Implementation Engineer Intern

This role sits at the intersection of technology, product implementation, and customer success. As an Implementation Engineer Intern, you will help onboard educational institutions, configure platform modules, conduct training sessions, and track adoption metrics.

You will begin as an intern learning Edumerge’s product and workflows. Upon successful milestone completion, you will transition into a full-time role owning 40–50 institutions end-to-end.

What You’ll Learn & Own

Implementation & Onboarding

• Assist in customer onboarding and go-live execution
• Configure modules such as Admissions, Fees, and HRMS
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues
• Ensure smooth rollout aligned with institutional requirements

Customer Communication

• Conduct training sessions for administrators and teachers
• Create and document FAQs and enablement materials
• Build trust with school leadership through clear communication

Data, Adoption & ROI

• Track adoption metrics including usage and engagement
• Present early success metrics and ROI insights
• Share feedback and improvement ideas with Product teams

Post-Conversion (Full-Time Role)

• Own 40–50 institutions independently
• Conduct QBRs and EBRs
• Support renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities
• Act as the voice of the customer within Edumerge
