Job Description

As an International Customer Support Executive, you will handle voice interactions with global customers, resolve queries efficiently, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer empathy, and the ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally with empathy and clarity.
  • Build rapport through active listening and effective communication.

Service Delivery

  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Navigate internal tools and processes to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Process & Quality

  • Follow defined workflows, policies, and ethical standards.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and process updates.
  • Maintain accurate call documentation and customer records.
