Role Overview – Inside Sales Executive at Swift

As an Inside Sales Executive (SDR), you will drive Swift’s pipeline by qualifying cold leads and booking demos for the sales team. Your success is measured by quality meetings scheduled, show-ups, and funnel conversion. You’ll work with SMEs, D2C brands, eCommerce sellers, and B2B shippers, articulating Swift’s value across payments, logistics, and fulfillment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to assigned cold leads
  • Pitch Swift’s value: cost optimisation, multi-carrier access, faster pickups, live tracking, COD/remittance, returns management
  • Qualify prospects using defined criteria
  • Schedule meetings/demos and ensure attendance
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates: notes, next steps, dispositions
  • Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email to move prospects to demo
  • Hit daily/weekly targets: dials, connects, qualified leads, demos
  • Share market feedback (objections, competitors, pricing, feature requests)
