As an Operations Intern, you will help manage the day-to-day functioning of Instawork’s data collection floor. You’ll work closely with team leads and data collectors to ensure smooth operations, productivity tracking, issue resolution, and data quality adherence in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up recording stations to ensure quick start for data collectors
• Resolve on-ground technical and non-technical issues
• Ensure each data collector delivers required usable recording hours
• Provide basic IT and operational support on the floor
• Track daily productivity and maintain operational reports
• Monitor data quality and process compliance
• Publish productivity updates and support team leads
