Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients in choosing the right insurance policies based on their needs.
- Conduct consultations via phone or WhatsApp (depending on your team).
- Simplify complex insurance terms into easy-to-understand explanations.
- Ensure accurate, detailed, and unbiased advice for every client.
- Build trust and long-term relationships by being transparent and empathetic.

Career Path Options
Team Falcon (Call-Based Advisory)
- Handle in-depth one-on-one calls with clients.
- Working hours: 10 AM – 8 PM with built-in breaks.
- Best for candidates who love conversation-driven guidance.
Team Bliss (Chat + Call Advisory)
- Start with chat-based support (WhatsApp), then move into calls.
- Shift options: 10 AM – 7 PM or 12 PM – 9 PM.
- Best for candidates who prefer flexible, written-first communication.
