Role Overview – Executive Admin at InterFace

As an Executive Admin, you will work closely with InterFace’s CEO, acting as a trusted support partner. The role requires proactively managing communication, calendars, operations, and internal coordination while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

You will play a key role in keeping leadership organized, informed, and focused by anticipating needs and handling administrative and operational tasks efficiently.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the Executive
  • Handle calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and coordinate follow-ups
  • Perform minor accounting and administrative tasks
  • Support HR activities such as job postings and applicant screening
  • Organize and manage internal data platforms and tools
  • Delegate customer service tasks and manage conversations
  • Act as a communication bridge between leadership and teams
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Prior experience managing email and schedules for senior executives
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Comfort learning and working with cloud-based platforms
  • Technical aptitude for basic IT support and troubleshooting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
