The Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) IT Support Associate role is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon’s IT Service Desk (SD) team, the centralized IT support hub serving global Amazon operations across APAC, EMEA, and AMER. This 24×7 team ensures smooth IT operations, directly supporting Amazon’s ability to deliver excellence to customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with internal customers across multiple regions (APAC/EMEA/AMER).
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Provide basic IT troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Perform Windows & Linux OS troubleshooting at a basic level.
- Work in a rotational shift, 24×7 environment to deliver seamless customer support.
- Meet OTS Service Desk performance goals including SLA response/resolution, CSAT, and incident management.
- Operate from Amazon’s Bangalore Corporate Office (BLR18) with flexibility for relocation in future roles.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma.
- 6 to 18 months of work experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ITIL-based ticketing tools and monitoring systems.
- Basic understanding of network troubleshooting.
