Role Overview – Area HR Lead at Jio

As an Area HR Lead, you will own the end-to-end HR function for a defined region. The role requires close coordination with operations, IR teams, business leaders, and recruiters to ensure compliance, strong HR governance, and a high-engagement culture.

You will be responsible for performance management, rewards, retention strategies, leadership pipeline building, and driving HR KPIs aligned with business goals.
