Role Overview – Junior Engineer (Full Stack Developer) at Cornerstone

As a Junior Engineer in the Cloud Engineering Team, you will design, develop, and optimize cloud-native web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. You will work closely with DevOps, QA, Database, and Cloud Operations teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions that support Cornerstone’s global talent management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET/Java
• Build cloud-native services leveraging AWS (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Cognito)
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using DevOps best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
