Job Description

As an Executive – NCRP (Call Centre), you will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding transaction-related queries, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. The role requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers across multiple channels.


Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Handling & Support

  • Handle customer interactions professionally and amicably.
  • Understand and analyze customer-reported transactions across all channels.
  • Ensure accuracy and correctness of transactions executed in customer accounts.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Document customer conversations accurately across platforms such as Dialer, TT, and Excel.
  • Follow telephone etiquette and ensure strict adherence to compliance metrics.
  • Maintain proper records and support audit requirements.

Performance & Coordination

  • Meet assigned targets and service-level expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth process flow.
  • Be open to working in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
