As a Junior Process Agent, you will support shared service center (SSC) operations by maintaining and administering business data across multiple processes such as Cash & Bank, Purchase to Pay, Billing, Contract Administration, Master Data, and Reporting.

The role involves data accuracy, documentation handling, KPI tracking, and coordination with front officers and supervisors, ensuring high-quality and timely process execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, block, delete, and administer business data
