Job Overview
As a Lead Generation & Demand Specialist, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities across strategic verticals. You’ll work closely with sales, field marketing, and leadership teams to identify high-potential accounts, build go-to-market strategies, and generate qualified leads. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to help achieve revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and execute demand generation campaigns targeting new customer acquisition and account growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, marketing) to align lead generation plans with business objectives.
- Conduct market and account-level research to inform and optimize outreach strategies.
- Create and manage account plans, track performance metrics, and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to monitor pipeline progress, analyze campaign effectiveness, and report key metrics.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and engaging in consultative selling.
- Support revenue generation goals by delivering high-quality leads, managing sales cycles, and helping close new business deals.
- Stay aligned with organizational goals, managing timelines, deliverables, and account penetration strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, demand marketing, or inside sales.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales cycles.
