Job Description

As a Product Engineer, you will play a key role in managing complex customer issues and ensuring seamless communication between support teams and developers. The role requires strong analytical skills, customer empathy, and the ability to prioritize and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will also contribute to building knowledge resources that help improve response times and long-term product reliability.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Escalation Management

  • Act as the primary contact for high-priority customer escalations
  • Analyze technical issues and troubleshoot complex scenarios
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with customer-facing teams to gather detailed issue information
  • Coordinate with development teams to route issues and track fixes
  • Serve as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Knowledge Management

  • Build and maintain a customer knowledge repository
  • Document recurring issues, solutions, and best practices
  • Enable faster issue identification and resolution

Problem Solving & Decision Making

  • Identify root causes using strong analytical approaches
  • Make informed decisions under pressure
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and customer impact
