Role Overview – Associate Engineer Trainee

Candidates selected through the FY 26 Off-Campus Drive will join LTTS as Associate Engineer Trainees. The role includes a structured learning path designed to build strong engineering fundamentals and hands-on industry experience.

The training program ensures smooth transition from academics to real-world engineering projects aligned with LTTS business requirements.


Training & Compensation Structure

  • First 3 Months:
    • Classroom training
    • Stipend: ₹25,000 per month
    • Designation: Intern
  • Next 12 Months:
    • On-the-Job Training
    • Designation: Associate Engineer Trainee
  • Post Training:
    • Annual CTC: ₹4,00,100

Selection Process

The selection methodology consists of:

  1. Technical Interview
  2. HR Interview
