Job Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator Intern, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring activities across multiple roles. The position focuses on interview coordination, candidate communication, resume screening, data tracking, and recruitment reporting.

This internship is ideal for candidates who are interested in HR operations, recruitment analytics, and people management, and want to understand how large-scale hiring works in a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Coordination

• Coordinate end-to-end interview processes for multiple open roles
• Schedule and manage virtual interview drives and hiring events
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle

Stakeholder Communication

• Collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, alumni, and internal stakeholders
• Communicate updates, feedback, and interview outcomes clearly and professionally

Resume Screening & Job Posting

• Assist in creating and managing job postings
• Screen resumes and applications based on hiring requirements
• Share timely feedback with candidates

Data, Reports & Dashboards

• Maintain recruitment data and trackers
• Prepare reports and dashboards for hiring metrics
• Update recruitment numbers and documentation regularly
