Role Overview: Junior Business Analyst (IAM)
As a Junior Business Analyst (Identity & Access Management), you will work with the Global Information Security team to ensure secure access management across the organization. You’ll collaborate with business users, technical teams, and control functions while analyzing data, improving processes, and supporting IAM operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize IAM project requirements.
- Build interactive dashboards and analytical reports for business teams.
- Automate reporting using Excel Macros, Python, SQL, and AI tools.
- Conduct validation and testing of permission/identity management systems.
- Communicate system changes and provide end-user support and training.
- Assist in troubleshooting access-related issues to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience as a Business Analyst or Data/Operations Analyst.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data management.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas), SQL, Python, and data visualization.
- Experience with financial or portfolio systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on data accuracy and governance.
