Role Overview – Junior Business Analyst at Miratech

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will join Miratech’s Access and Identity Management (AIM) team, a core part of Global Information Security responsible for secure access governance across enterprise systems.

The role involves working closely with business users, control teams, and technology stakeholders to improve transparency, automate reporting, and enhance access governance processes. You will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade tools, data analytics, automation, and security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment across project lifecycle
• Build interactive dashboards and analytical reports for decision-making
• Analyze program data and automate reporting using Excel macros, Python, and AI tools
• Test and validate permission and access management systems
• Identify functionality gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
