Role Summary – Web QA Analyst at Mouser Electronics

As a Web QA Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the software quality assurance lifecycle across web platforms. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and Agile teams to ensure high-quality releases through automation-first testing strategies.

The role requires hands-on expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, API testing, performance testing, and browser compatibility, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

QA Strategy & Automation

• Design and implement automation test strategies within Agile sprints
• Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks
• Ensure in-sprint automation coverage for sprint releases

Manual & Automated Testing

• Execute manual and automated test cases based on functional specs and user stories
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects across environments
• Prepare and review detailed bug reports and test documentation

Performance, API & Accessibility Testing

• Translate non-functional requirements into performance test cases
• Develop and execute performance tests using JMeter
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman and Testfully
• Conduct browser compatibility and accessibility testing using BrowserStack

CI/CD & Collaboration

• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automation execution
• Work in SAFe Agile environments and collaborate with Dev & PO teams
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and production issues
