Role Overview – Customer Support Specialist (Technical Chat)

As a Customer Support Specialist at Namecheap, you will provide technical assistance through chat and ticketing systems to customers across the globe. You will help users understand Namecheap products and guide them through configuration, troubleshooting, and best-practice usage of hosting, domains, and related services.
