As an Associate, BI, you will be responsible for managing customer deliverables, resolving data and quality queries, and ensuring timely snapshot delivery using NielsenIQ’s proprietary platforms. The role combines business intelligence operations, customer interaction, and analytics-driven support, making it ideal for candidates looking to build a career in BI delivery and consumer insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance customer relationships across assigned markets
• Execute and monitor delivery management tasks such as snapshots and data extracts
• Triage and resolve customer queries via CSO / MSD platforms
• Ensure on-time delivery and data accuracy aligned with KPIs and SLAs
• Collaborate with cross-functional NielsenIQ global teams for issue resolution
