Role Overview – Cloud Engineer (Azure Infra) at Noventiq

As a Cloud Engineer – Azure Infra, you will act as the first point of contact for Azure infrastructure support, helping customers and internal teams resolve cloud-related issues. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration support, and incident management across Azure environments.

This position provides a strong foundation for career growth into Azure Engineering, Cloud Operations, or Cloud Security roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage, and Networking
• Monitor, log, and resolve incidents through service tickets
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues using Azure Portal, logs, and diagnostic tools
• Monitor system health and assist in resolving performance issues and service disruptions
• Support configuration of Azure resources using predefined templates and standards
