Role: Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst at CertifyOS, you will play a vital role in managing provider credentials, licenses, and enrollment applications. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate operational workflows that directly impact the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate US-based provider licensure and credentialing requirements
• Complete licensing and payer enrollment applications with precision
• Validate credentialing data to maintain 100% accuracy
• Communicate professionally with providers and clients via email
• Summarize research into clear, actionable guideline documents
• Support new client implementation projects and collaborate across teams

Who We’re Looking For

✔ Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
✔ Strong research and analytical skills (Google, Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
✔ Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a high-pressure environment
