Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in order management
- Hands-on experience working with ERP tools (preferably SAP U2K2)

- Strong understanding of order management and logistics processes
- Ability to identify and resolve process-related issues quickly
- Proficiency in working with ERP systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Ability to guide and mentor team members as a subject matter expert
