Role: Associate Software Engineer (ASE)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and support applications based on business requirements.
- Analyze business needs and deliver high-performance software solutions.
- Integrate automation and emerging technologies into existing systems.
- Resolve incidents and support clients via voice, email, chat, or remote access.
- Participate in peer code reviews and deliver high-quality code.
- Provide infrastructure support and ensure operational stability.

- Familiarity with test automation, test design & usability testing
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc (CS/IT/Data Science) – passout year till 2024
- No active backlogs during application or onboarding
- Less than 23 months of full-time work experience
- No participation in Accenture recruitment in the last 3 months
- Degree completed within standard course duration
- Indian citizenship required (Bhutan & Nepal nationals are exempted from visa requirement)
Assessment Process
1. Mock Assessment (20 mins)
- Mandatory practice session to test system readiness.
2. Cognitive & Technical Assessment (90 mins)
Includes:
- Cognitive: English ability, Critical Thinking, Abstract Reasoning
- Technical: MS Office, Pseudocode, Networking, Security, Cloud
Clearing this is mandatory to proceed to the next stage.
3. Coding Assessment (45 mins)
- Solve 2 coding problems in C, C++, Java, .NET, or Python
4. Communication Assessment (30 mins)
- Evaluated on Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, Pronunciation
Location
