Role Overview – Operations Executive at Plum

As an Operations Executive, you will support Plum’s Business Insurance and Operations teams by coordinating with insurers, managing RFQs, tracking renewals, ensuring CRM updates, and supporting timely onboarding of insurance policies. This role offers hands-on exposure to insurance operations, client servicing, and startup execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support RFQs and follow up with insurers for quotes
• Share renewal notices with clients at least 60 days in advance
• Ensure accurate updates in Salesforce for new opportunities, renewals, and closures
• Maintain strong working relationships with insurer points of contact
• Support the Business Insurance team with policy placements
• Follow up for improved terms and competitive insurer quotes
• Ensure timely onboarding of policies within defined TATs

Skills & Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment
