Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and performance reports.
- Use Python for data extraction, cleaning, and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Automate and optimize data workflows using Power BI & Python.
- Analyze data trends and generate insights for business teams.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and processes.
- Provide user training and ongoing report support when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Statistics.
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation (pandas, numpy, matplotlib).
- Strong understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and data visualization principles.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
