About the Role
RTX is hiring Production Support Analysts to join the Digital Technology team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, validating, and supporting integrations across multiple systems like Ev5, Workday, and HUB, ensuring seamless functionality and user access compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and validate all system integrations used by downstream applications.
- Update and maintain the Integration Dashboard (Ev5, Workday, HUB) with accurate data.
- Assist in database administration — monitoring, maintenance, and ensuring data integrity.
- Support developers using SQL, PL/SQL, and Java to enhance system functionality.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues in HR and Payroll applications.
- Extract and analyze data to support business intelligence and reporting.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and integration speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven teamwork and communication skills.
- Capability to work under pressure while meeting service level commitments.
