Position Overview
Deutsche Bank is seeking a Reference Data Analyst to join the IB SSI Ops within IB CPO team. The role is focused on sourcing external client Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) from authorized third-party portals (such as DTCC) and secure media (email), and ensuring timely and accurate updates into downstream systems for seamless trade settlement.
This position is central to trade settlement operations, driving efficiency, mitigating risks, and supporting the bank’s overall mission of operational excellence and strategic growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Perform daily SSI setup and updates across downstream systems to ensure smooth trade settlements.
- Monitor and prioritize requests nearing currency cut-off times to avoid delays.
- Track and maintain daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Handle escalations and resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the bank’s strategy by proactively identifying risk areas and process improvement opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in US shifts and manage workload under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
