Role Overview – Customer Support Engineer at ResMed

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software and application support to customers using ResMed’s healthcare SaaS platforms. You will handle customer issues through phone and email, troubleshoot technical and application-related problems, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role requires working in night shifts to support US customers and collaborating closely with global teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide phone and email support for customers using ResMed software solutions
  • Offer on-the-spot guidance and coaching to users when required
  • Log and track customer issues using Salesforce Service Console
  • Perform basic and advanced troubleshooting to identify root causes
  • Use internal tools and documentation to resolve application and technical issues
  • Escalate complex cases to higher-level analysts as per defined processes
  • Contribute to improving and maintaining the knowledge base
  • Support monthly team goals and performance metrics
