Role Purpose

The role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from SBI Credit Card customers, resolving service requests, complaints, and queries while ensuring high customer satisfaction, compliance, and productivity standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from credit card holders
  • Resolve customer service requests and complaints within SLAs
  • Ensure optimum service levels and enhanced customer experience
  • Achieve daily performance metrics such as AHT, productivity, CSAT, FCR, and call quality
  • Drive cross-sell (S2S), retention, and service efficiency
  • Identify process gaps and raise red flags to reduce escalations
  • Ensure adherence to TATs, SOPs, and compliance guidelines
  • Maintain process documentation and quality standards
