Role Overview – Customer Support Executive at Simplilearn

As a Customer Support Executive, you will manage first-level customer queries and support outbound SMS campaigns. The role requires handling email-based queries, resolving standard issues using defined SOPs, and escalating complex cases when necessary.

You will also execute SMS campaigns aligned with marketing or operations plans and track campaign metrics to ensure performance and delivery accuracy.
