Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and enhance critical business applications. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high availability, performance, and operational efficiency of our services that impact millions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve application runtime performance and availability.
- Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and automation solutions.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
- Contribute to system design with a focus on operational readiness.
- Build internal tools to improve deployment and observability.
- Promote automation, best practices, and innovation across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in Java, APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins.
- Familiarity with NoSQL/Relational Databases – Redis, DB2, Postgres, Couchbase.
- Hands-on with monitoring/logging tools, containerization, and automation tools like Python or Ansible.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Agile, TDD, and DevOps culture.
