Job Description

As an Email & Chat Process Intern, you will handle customer queries through digital support channels such as email and live chat. The role focuses on professional communication, issue tracking, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

• Respond to customer queries via email and chat platforms
• Provide accurate information and basic troubleshooting support
• Maintain professional and customer-friendly communication

Issue Tracking & Documentation

• Log and track tickets using support systems
• Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
• Prepare daily service reports and feedback summaries

Coordination & Escalation

• Coordinate with internal teams for faster issue resolution
• Escalate complex cases when required
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of tickets

Eligibility Criteria

Required Skills

• Excellent written communication skills in English
