Role Overview – Executive Operations at SmartQ

As an Executive – Operations, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day cafeteria and food service operations while ensuring quality, hygiene, compliance, and smooth digital adoption. This role combines on-ground execution, technology adoption, and people coordination, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy operational responsibility and customer interaction.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of the SmartQ digital ordering platform by educating users on app features and benefits
  • Assist customers with app downloads, order placement, and digital wallet payments
  • Coordinate with food partners to update menus and ensure accurate app listings
  • Liaise with the tech team for menu changes, notifications, and promotional banners
  • Perform regular Cafe LENS checks, hygiene audits, and hourly governance reviews
  • Monitor cafeteria counters to ensure compliance with Operating Standard Procedures (OSPs)
  • Collect employee and client feedback to improve service quality
  • Maintain Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) records, temperature logs, and waste management
  • Ensure safe equipment usage as per Equipment Safety Work Procedures (ESWP)
  • Report incidents, near misses, and equipment downtime to the reporting manager
