Role Overview – Social Media Coordinator

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will support Asset & Wealth Management marketing teams by activating and managing social media initiatives that promote brand thought leadership and product messaging. You will work closely with the Integrated Media team to distribute approved content and report on campaign effectiveness.

This role is well suited for professionals who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, reporting, and multiple stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Content Distribution & Management

  • Obtain approvals for social media content from relevant stakeholders
  • Upload approved Private Bank and Asset Management content
  • Build and maintain a robust social content library for internal teams

Social Media Activation

  • Enable sales teams and stakeholders to leverage content on LinkedIn
  • Support brand and product recognition through consistent distribution

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and analyze social media performance
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports
  • Share insights to improve engagement and effectiveness

Collaboration & Execution

  • Partner with Integrated Media and Performance Analytics teams
  • Support multiple social initiatives simultaneously
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all content workflows
