Role Overview – Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling customer-reported incidents, troubleshooting complex system issues, and ensuring reliable platform operations. You will work closely with R&D, Product, Customer Success, and offshore teams, gaining deep product knowledge and contributing directly to customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, cloud environments, and customer-facing technical work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer issues via tickets, calls, and other support channels
  • Troubleshoot reported bugs and incidents end-to-end
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Escalate issues to higher support levels when required
  • Reproduce customer issues and lead debug sessions
  • Monitor systems using tools like Datadog, Kibana, Prometheus
  • Support Linux-based environments and cloud services
  • Assist customers with remote device setup and configuration
  • Maintain a professional, customer-centric support approach
  • Learn the Driivz platform in depth to resolve issues efficiently
