Role Overview
As a System and Application Services Associate, you’ll be part of Accenture’s technology delivery and support teams. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to support business-critical systems and applications across infrastructure, cloud platforms, and business solutions. This role offers multiple career paths, including cloud support, low-code app development, quality engineering, infrastructure services, and project control.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your assigned business unit, your responsibilities may include:
Infrastructure Services
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure for cloud and on-premise systems
- Ensure systems meet service-level agreements and operate securely
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery
Application/Cloud Support
- Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise applications
- Resolve technical issues using standard support procedures and tools
Project Control Services
- Support project tracking, reporting, and delivery coordination
- Manage stakeholders, timelines, and PMO activities
Low/No-Code App Development
- Build business applications using visual, drag-and-drop tools
- Analyze internal processes to improve workflows through automation
Quality Engineering
- Design and execute test plans and test cases
- Collaborate with development teams to improve software quality
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Non-engineering graduates/postgraduates (B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, etc.)
- Graduation Year: Any year up to 2024
- No active backlogs at the time of application/onboarding
- Degree must be completed within standard duration (e.g., BBA in 3 years)
- Max 23 months of prior full-time work experience
- Not participated in any Accenture assessment/interview in the last 3 months
- Must be legally eligible to work in India
- Open to relocation and flexible to work in any shift or location across India
Assessment Process
Step 1: Mock Assessment
- 10-minute system readiness and practice test (mandatory)
Step 2: Cognitive Assessment (50 mins)
- Topics: English, Critical Thinking, Abstract Reasoning
- Elimination round
Step 3: Technical Assessment (Optional, 40 questions)
- Topics: MS Office, Pseudocode, Networking & Security
- Scores considered for overall evaluation
Step 4: Communication Assessment (30 mins)
- Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, Pronunciation
Step 5: Interviews
- Final interviews based on your assessment scores
