Job Description
As a Jr. Customer Service Executive – Project Planning & Implementation, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering customer projects within defined timelines and quality standards. This role requires strong communication, project coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
You will work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define project objectives, deliverables, schedules, and success metrics.
Build actionable project plans and drive execution end-to-end.
Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within cost targets (triple constraint management).
Ensure formal acceptance of deliverables from customers and handover to steady-state operations.
Customer Communication
Provide clear written and verbal communication including:
Work instructions
Status updates
Dashboards
Issue management
Customer negotiations
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring clarity and timely communication.
Issue & Risk Management
Handle sensitive situations and customer escalations professionally.
Identify risks and propose corrective actions.
Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain status reports, trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
Update project logs, issue trackers, and customer reports regularly.
Ensure accurate project documentation and handover.
