Role Overview – Service Desk Technical Support

As a Service Desk Technical Support Associate, you will handle international voice-based customer interactions, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role covers L1/L2 support activities, ticket management, and enterprise IT troubleshooting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via international voice calls and emails
  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for IT-related issues
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Work with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM, or CA Service Desk
  • Perform Active Directory tasks (password reset, account unlock, user management)
  • Support Microsoft Office & O365 applications
  • Troubleshoot VPN, Citrix, Exchange, LAN, printers, and devices
  • Perform remote troubleshooting for end-user systems
  • Maintain accurate incident and resolution documentation
  • Follow ITIL processes and service desk best practices
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution
