Job Overview
We’re looking for a ServiceNow Asset Data Quality Analyst to join our team! In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of asset data within the ServiceNow platform. You’ll work on complex technical tasks, lead small project teams, produce detailed reports, and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders. This position combines analytical skills with asset management and automation expertise to help drive data excellence and operational efficiency.
Skills Required
- Strong analytical mindset and systematic problem-solving approach
- Experience in asset management, data analysis, and root cause analysis
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ServiceNow, and SAP
- Knowledge of automation processes
- Ability to communicate effectively on complex technical issues

- Ability to engage and influence at different organizational levels
- Organized and detail-oriented with routine administrative capabilities
- Awareness of IT industry standards and trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Proven experience in an IT service environment
- Ideally certified in relevant technologies to support business strategy
- Comfortable working under general supervision while taking initiative for development
- Strong interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills
