As a Test Network Administrator, you’ll be part of that mission by ensuring our test network performs flawlessly, supporting hardware, software, internet and mobile networks across global operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee and maintain test network infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (software, hardware, internet, mobile networks).
- Liaise with partners and internal teams (onboarding, contracts, network operations) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor service levels, escalate issues as needed, and propose improvements.
- Maintain documentation, track recurring issues, and help implement solutions for ongoing network robustness.
Skills & Background We’re Looking For
- The ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimum supervision.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capability.
- Basic knowledge of internet networks and mobile networks (helpful but not always mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A university degree or equivalent qualification.
