The Trust & Safety team within Accenture Operations plays a critical role in keeping the internet safe and ensuring platform companies scale responsibly. By moderating user-generated content and enforcing policies, we safeguard online communities while supporting our clients’ growth.
Role Overview
As a Trust & Safety New Associate, you will be at the frontline of content moderation. Your responsibility is to review, classify, and manage user-generated content across platforms, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and maintaining a safe online environment. This role is vital for enhancing the quality of digital spaces and creating a positive experience for users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, classify, and take action on user-generated content (text, images, videos, audio) based on policy guidelines.
- Investigate, escalate, and resolve issues such as spam, fraudulent activities, and terms-of-service violations.
- Monitor and review websites, ad creatives, and videos for compliance with content quality standards.
- Interpret and enforce client-specific policies with accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct in-depth research using multiple tools to resolve complex content-related cases.
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Adapt to sensitive topics including adult content, religious/philosophical issues, tobacco, alcohol, and weapons-related materials.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduation
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
- Strong emotional resilience and stress management skills.
- Excellent comprehension, communication, and English language skills.
- High attention to detail and logical reasoning ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Willingness to handle sensitive content with objectivity and professionalism.
