Role Overview – Associate, Data Breach Analysis

As an Associate – Data Breach Analysis, you will work as a subject matter resource supporting data breach review, investigation, and management for global clients. The role involves identifying sensitive information such as PII, PHI, and PCI data within electronic documents while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.

You will collaborate with internal teams, access client systems remotely, and contribute to breach response workflows under defined quality and security standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and analyze electronic documents for data breach scenarios
• Identify and classify PII, PHI, and PCI data accurately
• Support breach response and notification activities for global clients
• Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information
• Work on secure client systems via remote access
• Ensure quality standards and accurate time tracking
• Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions
• Adapt to process changes and evolving client requirements
